Love the single over the double! My daughters could use that in a few years.
I hate the current one my son has. It's a "transformer"....can be down low, or a loft style and is impossible to put sheets on!
Oh, yes, the sheet issue! I forgot to mention that... my sons' beds are both 'down' and as I put sheets on I often wonder how I'm going to do it when the beds are stacked up!
I love bunk beds, though never had one and my kids don't have them either. We bought the convertible cribs which is now a double bed for my son and a toddler bed for my daughter. In retrospect, I wish we didn't buy the convertible cribs as my kids surely don't need double beds...they just take up play space in their bedrooms.

I love this post! My pick is the "Perfect Pre-Teen" room. I would SO love to do that for my daughter. Then change it up in color and do it for my son's room, too. Cool concept.

Those are some really cool bunkbeds. I like the gray built in ones specially if you have a lot of company or a lot of kids =)
the preteen one is really cool too! I like the use of space it does. And the other girlie one the allchildrens I think is really cute too! Better than the plain boring ones I've ever seen =)

Love the bunk beds. It truly saves room in the end especially if you have multiples. Love the finish on the furniture too, so chic and modern.
I can just see my daughter having a tea party with her dolls in that first room, hahaha.
